Where are my certificates / tickets / vouchers?

All of your purchases can be pulled up on this website from your My Deals Michiana account.

Click the "Login" button and enter your email and password. Once you are logged in, click the "My Account" button to pull up your certificates.

How do I print out my certificates / tickets / vouchers?

Here's step by step instructions on how to print out your certificates:

1. Login to your account using your email and password.

2. Once logged in, click the “My Account” tab.

3. Find the ticket / certificate you want to print.

4. Click the “View / Print” icon next to the ticket / certificate you want to print.

5. Then click the “Print Voucher” button at the top of the page.

What if I don't have a printer?

Most businesses and events require that you print out your certificates before you redeem them. If you don't have a printer at home, you can visit a local library or copy store and print your certificates there.

For Radio Station Events: If you are buying tickets for an event hosted by one of our Federated Media radio stations, you may also screenshot your tickets and save them on your mobile phone. MAKE SURE THE BARCODE / QR CODE IS INCLUDED IN YOUR SCREENSHOT. All tickets will need to be scanned to enter the event.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, no. As stated in the Fine Print section of every offer, certificates cannot be refunded. Since we split our sales with other businesses, we are not allowed to give refunds on their behalf.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you forgot the password to your account, please visit https://www.mydealsmichiana.com/user/forgot and enter your email. A password reset link will be sent to your email account.
